There are two ways that you can attract new blood to your blogs. Write about yourself, with increased rich, and emotional content; in other words write about your daily life. The second way, is to use written media that follow the sentiments that you are trying to raise, to increase awareness about the content messages inside of your blog posts.
Emotional content is like a dry litmus paper. By itself, without a chemical reaction, It will not take power, nor will it assume texture and color, unless you first lubricate it. We as humans, all thrive and succeed, through emotional bluster and wit, not by being dull. It’s the same in business and the message is, in the media, and in the medium. Look for example, at Fox News versus CNN. Fox and Friends use rich emotional content interspersed within their rational news posts. Yes, news is rational, vapid and usually morbid. How do you make news fun again? Fox has found the answer, increase viewership by enjoying your time, speaking with your friends. Fox have injected the power of emotional content into all of their newscasts. This ability to garner the power of emotion has resulted in their constantly winning the media viewership awards over CNN and other networks, due to the fact that Fox are obviously having fun, while they are reporting the morbid news in this world. A few days ago, they won another viewership award, ten million views, versus CNN, who only garnered two million views.
You may ask yourself, well, what does this have to do with my blog post? A lot, because if you attract ten million viewers to your blog, instead of two million views, a simple universal principle is taking effect; traffic equals conversions which equal sales! The more people who view your stuff, the better! It will attract more people to your offers on your website and it will translate to more sales for you. This is a universal effect and an undying truth. It’s all in the, “Buttons we push,” that elicit targeted, emotional reactions. Use emotional power to succeed with everything in your life.
