Transforming our relationship with ourselves, others and the world by changing the story we believe and tell about ourselves is possible. As children we develop stories and beliefs about how the world works, most of which get improved upon and amended over time. But some of our stories do not. Even though we have matured, some of the stories remain, and these fear driven, opinionated, and self-centered “child stories” are often the source of behavioral and emotional patterns that hold us back. Rosamund Zander will help us identify and rewrite these stories in order to transform our own lives and our relationships. You might want to read her latest book, “Pathways to Possibility” and then hear what she has to say to you. Before this show, think about the story you tell about yourself, where your life is now and how you got there. Look for those things you say that you’ve never really thought through—your core beliefs that have never been examined and made you own. This is a critical exercise that every adult needs to do.
